Michaelene Dowers is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in California, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Washington, and Indiana. She currently is the Funeral Director in Charge of four regions for an online cremation start-up.
She holds an Associates Science in Mortuary Science from Cypress College in California, a Bachelors in Religious Studies focusing in hospice and palliative care, a Masters in Emergency Management focusing in mass casualty response, and is currently a student at Marian University studying for her second Masters degree in thanatology. She would like to continue on to obtain her JD focusing in Mortuary Law.
Her educational passion is to always assist the underdog. Helping others in funeral service with learning disabilities be successful funeral service practitioners is her main goal.
Michaelene currently lives with her husband, young daughter, cat, and her beagle. Her hobbies are photography and education as well as exploring America with her family.
